Miles 21-23

Tonight Garrison had a birthday party to go to, so Lance, Danner and I ran the Nampa greenbelt at dusk. I got a really cool pullover today at The Pulse (my brother-in-law Eric and sister-in-law Deb got me a gift certificate for xmas--thanks, Deb and Eric!)--it has really cool reflectors, a neat sleeve pocket, and little light on the cuff that blinks to make evening running a little safer. Danner stopped a few times, but he was quite the trooper--a whole 3.2 miles for him!! Oh, I also got some wool running socks--way better to run with!
