- My health--my mom had a heart attack last March, and heart disease runs rampant in my family--so this is primary.
- Anxiety--I am just purely a nicer person after I run--it is that plain--my anxiety decreases, and my family likes me more! :)
- My dog--she loves running!
- A lot of my best ideas come when I run.
- I have never set such an unreachable goal--so when I finish this, I will feel more confident and able to take on other "impossible" tasks. Doesn't running 1,000 miles sound impossible?
Each day that I run, I am going to give a little lowdown about my run and the miles I have gone. I am hoping by making this public, that I might be more inclined to get off my butt and finish this thing! Wish me luck and much perseverance!
